You have to turn off 'loose files' in your INI, i believe. That fixes the issue of graphic things in the nuka cars arena. It might fix other issues. If not, validate your files in steam. I don't know of any specific mods that can lead to graphic corruption, as the above guy, I only run about 15 mods or so. #2.
