#1 Hi. I have a Fiat Stilo Dynamic 02 plate. A couple of weeks ago the key fob stopped working, so i have had to get in and out thru key into lock. Hi all, hey key I always use suddenly stopped (un)locking the car even though they battery was good (and I bought a new one to test). The key works for the immobiliser so I can start the car with it. My wifes fob still works fully so it must be the fob. Fiat ECUscan still shows 2 fobs Hello, i have a 1.6 stilo hatchback, 5 door. its running cold, only getting 1/4 of the way on the dial, and the heater in the car doesn't get warm at all. i assume this is a failed thermostat but the Stilo being a stilo just thought i should ask if it could be anything else, and if so how can i test. The car is a Fiat Stilo My Key fob is not working. This started after I replaced the battery, the red light still flashes when the buttons are pressed but the remote lock/unlock mechanism doesn't work. I've tried the following: 1. Replaced the fuse (I got the fuse number from this wonderful site) 2. Disconnected the car battery for 30mins 3. Ariel. Fiat Cares. Dear Fiat Cares, My 2017 500X is experiencing the same issue with the keyless entry system as many on this forum are having. I think with amount of vehicles experiencing this problem Fiat should elevate this to a recall repair. Right now my vehicle is unusable. Ive decided to buy the stilo and thought Id google for a forum see if I should bother/what problems people were having.Looks like a decent crowd here so once I get the thing picked up and get fed up of only having 170ps I should be able to get help on getting a bit more out of it. Sep 17, 2007. #5. If the boot lock microswitch isn't making contact then the body computer won't be told to turn on the light so check the circuit is going to earth when the boot opens. The microswitch can be taken out of the lock and "adjusted" to make it make contact. See photos in this thread. 2PvnuOp.
